What happens when you work at Pier 1 Imports sometime in your life? Well, you work with the sweetest, caring, and nicest people ever. I worked at Pier 1 Imports twice in the last 4 years, not only to make a little extra cash, but to work with such wonderful people. Jeanne was one of those sweet ladies that work there. She was always supportive and always a great person to talk to. Ask her about her love life, it's amazing. During this summer, her grandchildren came down to visit her all the way down from Oregon. Her Grandson, Slade, who is becoming a senior this year happen to be one of her grandchildren to visit. Jeanne thought it would be a cool idea to take his Senior Pictures while he was here. It's nice to know that my picture is going to land on some yearbook somewhere in Oregon! Oh, thanks Nick for bringing the hot rod out there!

Kat & Scott's I Do - San Diego, CA. - The Hyatt at the Bay
Back to my old stomping grounds, A Whale's...nevermind, San Diego. The home of the carne asada fries, nice weather, the night life and beautiful people. Well, I wasn't there for any of that this time. I was there for a special day for two wonderful people, Kat and Scott. I've known Kat since high school and who knew she would meet someone from the other side of America. The ceremony was sweet and the reception was fun, filled with old friends and family. Enjoy!

Lola + Luis Engagement - Nojoqui Falls, CA.
You think you're in love? Well, think again. These two are remarkedly so in love. Just two weeks before this session, Luis was in Afghanistan and Lola was in Japan, both serving proudly for our country. I knew Lola was a very simple girl from our first consultation, but this was my first time meeting Luis. Well, Luis is one of the goofiest characters I've ever met. They are so fit for each other. During our session I told Luis to whisper sexy things in Lola's ear to get real natural reactions from the both of them as I shoot. Apparently, Luis was whispering crayons, favorite color, a bunch of weird stuff. LOL! I guess it worked, because their photos were probably the easiest I have ever taken. These photos were all taken a week before their wedding, which I shot yesterday. So much fun, but first here is a little taste from their engagement session.
