Silly Lilly - San Diego, CA.
After a long weekend of shooting in San Diego, we finally had some time to relax with my best friend Dan and his family. I’ve always wanted to take some pictures of their daughter, Lilly, because she is so adorable. She is a smart, happy, kind and well mannered child. This proves how parents can make a difference in their child’s life and personality. I’ve known Dan for a long time now and he is one person I know I can trust and rely on any time. He is like another brother to me. I am so happy for who he became and for taking care of Kat and his whole family. In these series of pictures, Kat was pregnant, but a week later she gave birth to their second daughter, Jules. I wish we were there that weekend instead.
Before heading to the park to shoot these pictures, I remember telling Lilly, “Hurry so we can take some pictures!” Her irritated response was, “Hold on, I gotta put my earrings on!” So cute! And by the way, those earrings were bracelets which she laid over her ears.
She pretty much did these poses herself.
Lilly is just as silly as her Dad! I guess I can call her Silly Lilly!
Lilly said, "This is ridiculous" after kissing her moms tummy.
Daddy's little girl.

Sony & David's Engagement Session - Nojoqui Park
I had worked with Sony and David before when they asked me to take their family pictures. But this time around, it was just the two of them. It was so easy working with this couple because they were up for anything. They are so natural in front of the camera as if they were the only two people in that magical place. When in fact, they were surrounded with so many people. Seeing them together reminded me of something I read before...that when two people are in love with each other, no one or nothing else exists around them...It's like their world revolves around each other...See for yourself...

To My Beautiful Wife, Happy One-Year Anniversary
Things do happen for a reason and it did for me in the year 2006 of April when I met my beautiful wife. One year ago from today we said “I do” and our love for each other has never changed. I know this will sound cheesy, but God really sent me an Angel from above to be with me for the rest of my life. Berdette is the most caring, loving, understanding and supportive person I know. She has been the backbone of my life in the last 4 years. She has been very supportive with all the things I do in my life and I am very grateful for that. She has also helped me see the light and that God will always be there for us no matter what happens in our life. Happy Valentines Day and Happy One-Year Anniversary! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!

Folloso Family: Coronado (San Diego), CA.
Dexter is an old friend of mine since high school. He moved to San Diego serving for the military ever since he graduated and is now married to Emelyn. They've been wanting to have some family pictures around Coronado Island, so when they heard that I was coming to San Diego, they asked me to take their pictures. It was so much fun working with them especially when we made their adorable daughter, Leah, laugh. Leah is so cute! At first she was a little bit shy around us, but towards the end of the shoot she started to loosen up and began to laugh continuously.
This one reminds me so much of Lion King!
Leah loves the sand!
